In winter months guests can sink into leather armchairs and warm up in front of the fire of the hotel bar overlooking the marina. During warmer times the garden offers a canopied sun terrace and lawn, where guests and locals enjoy drinks and barbecues with views over the canal. An onsite hair salon, a boutique with designer clothing and a gift shop are also on premises for guest convenience. The adjoining health club, a gym, sauna and Turkish steam room complement the fascilities. There is secure parking on site (surcharge).

The Hilton Amsterdam's restaurant, Roberto's, serves Italian dishes, fish and seafood specialities and Sunday brunches. Coffees, pastries and sandwiches are available in the Issimo café.

There are four golf courses and two driving ranges within 15 kilometres of the hotel. The two public courses are open to anyone, and members of British clubs can also play at the private clubs.

Guestrooms. The Hilton Hotel Amsterdam has 271 air-conditioned guestrooms spread over 10 floors. Decor is light and cheery with contemporary beech wood furnishings, and beds with duvets. A pillow menu is offered, and amenities include desks with direct-dial phones, wireless Internet, tea/coffee making facilities, minibars, and 21-inch flatscreen TVs with pay movies. Bathrooms include shower/tubs, hair dryers, and soap menus.
